I liked the location of the apartment. Manager met me with keys to apartment and arranged taxi transport to and from the airport. Kitchen was little small, overall apartment was good size.

The hostess eventually gave us another apartment, even better. Also, I delayed my check-in due to traffic and there was no problem, I just had to get the key from a place near the apartment. The location is perfect, a few meters from Independence Square and there is a 24 hour market literally in front of the building. The apartment was clean, practical and ready to use. Everything was great!
I think the kitchen utensils could be better preserved and cleaned and the bathtub could have a shower attachment, but these are small points. Also, there were clothes hanging out on the porch, but we didn't even use that space because of the cold.

Fabulous location and spacious apartment. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Close to Independence Square and metro station. This was not the apartment we actually booked - a problem with the water supply in that one apparently so we were given this one as an alternative.
Bathroom needs a total refurbishment
