Подробно объяснили как все найти, уютный внутренний двор, первый этаж, светлая, просторная квартира. Удобно: туалет отделен от ванной, высокие потолки, кухня уютная. Прекрасное расположение: есть и что посмотреть в округе, и где вкусно покушать. Ночью было без всяких шумов от соседей и можно было выспаться. Обходительный персонал , реагировал сразу же на просьбу. Место уютное, понравилось.. посуда в широком ассортименте ( как для одного). Можно готовить самостоятельно). Чистые ,хорошего качества полотенца.

Паутина на стене и пыль сверху картины . Но это мелочь по сравнению с огромным комфортом) В основном все очень хорошо)

Really nice apartment, great location, comfortable bed. The balcony should be great for summer, however we stayed while it was quite cold. The bathroom is tiny but you get used to it. Self check in and check out 🤍

The best thing of this property is a location. This is exactly what I needed because of planned activity with a family. This is the best location to have a trip to Kiev for a couple of days to visit most of Kiev's sight seen. It has fantastic bed after a long walk.

The property has old facilities. The bathroom has renovated many years ago. It was quite inconvenient to take a shower. It was cold in the rooms and the air condition was not able to make it significantly warmer. Furthermore, it is a first floor, so the floor is like an ice. There is no place to park a car close by the apartment. In the working days, every place where it is allowed or not, paid or not is occupied. However, at the late evening, there is a possibility to park in 200 meters. I would suggest getting keys from the gates to the yard and provide them for the travelers.
