1.Розташування 2. Комунікація з управляючою компанією 3. Інструкція з отримання ключів хотів ставити погані оцінки, але правильна комунікація з власником приміщенні думку змінили. Перевага це розміщення. Але у Вас має бути розуміння, що це маленьке приміщення (коридор), які дуже гарно продумали і зробили. Є основне для короткого перебування. Зручне ліжко, душ, праска, фен, стіл, кухня і т.п. Є зауваження, які надіюся власники виправлять по вікнах, це важливо для тих хто реагує на світло. І ще насправді немає проблеми з парковокою авто. І гарний бар в дворі
1. Потрібно зробити або штори або жалюзі (добре, що мав папір і заклеїв) 2. є питання по рушниках і дивану. 3. Дуже мале приміщення. 4. Шум витяжок з кафе.

Зручне розташування - чудова архітектура навколо. Гарний старий будинок з високими стелями. В квартирі була комфортна температура, незважаючи на те, що квартира на першому поверсі +майже весь час було світло. Є все необхідне для перебування, зручне, велике ліжко, кондиціонер, посуд.
Не знайшли дошку на кухні і рушник для рук. Було чути як ходять сусіди зверху
