About this house rental
Nestled in the 500-year-old historic Spanish colonial city of Old San Juan. You will love the combination of old world colonial design and new world amenities such air conditioning throughout the villa, an updated kitchen, wifi, and a flat screen TV. The location is ideal for those looking to be close to the action in Old San Juan, located less than a block from the busy nightlife and restaurants of Calle San Sebastian and a short walk from El Morro Spanish fort.

As soon as you enter the villa an iconic design feature of the colonial architecture Old San Juan is famous for. You will see the living room has a large and comfortable sofa-bed and a flat screen TV. There is a dining room directly besides kitchen. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, fridge, and everything you would need for an expended stay. Take the stairs and go directly to the bedrooms, one with a bathroom, one queen bed each. There is air conditioning throughout the property
I will have as much or as little interaction as you feel comfortable with. The same day of your arrival, you'll receive a long message which includes all the important check in instructions.
Staying in Old San Juan is a truly unique experience. The charm and character you will experience in the 500 year-old is one of a kind. This is a true walkable location with everything you need a short walk away. Renting a car is not necessary unless you are planning on road tripping. The villa does NOT INCLUDE PARKING ($250 FINE). There is a garage paid parking nearby.

The Old city has more than 500 year sometimes the water pressure is no good and can affect the hot water this is out of our control.

Beautiful place next to Museo de San Juan in Old San Juan. The forts, restaurants, and everything Old San Juan has to offer within walking distance. Location on VRBO is not accurate (much further east) which was inconvenient because it put the conventions center outside of walking distance (attending a work conference) but Uber was cheap and my family was able to tour old San Juan or catch an inexpensive Uber to the beautiful Escambron beach (very family friendly). The place was set up well for a family of five with two bedrooms and a nice living space. The shower could use a better scrubbing and there was some trash on the floor the cleaners missed but still in generally good condition. Plan on buying toilet paper and paper towels if you're staying more than a weekend, there isn't much supplied. A small but decent local grocery/market is in easy walking distance. Internet went out and someone came and reset a breaker the next day. Would rate it five stars if it was clearer where it was, cleaner, better communication (they were quick but it took some back and forth), cleaner, and provided paper products (it's not hard but is inconvenient).
