This property was perfect for our stay. Great urban location with parking and plenty of room and a balcony. Bedrooms are individually air conditioned, which is wonderful! I will definitely stay here again. The reasons I did not give this a 5 star review. We spent twenty minutes wandering around the building trying to find our unit. Ended up it was in a completely different entrance. Not a big deal, but might be to some. Shower water pressure is pretty much none existent. Took my travel friend 45 to wash her hair. Not a big deal to me, I shave my head. I have read reviews complaining about noise from the surrounding bars: our unit faced the EDM club across the street, and I couldn’t hear anything when I was inside. All in all this place was exactly what we needed. It’s not glamorous, but it’s just right.

The location was convenient to Old San Juan and other areas of San Juan. There were a few restaurants and bars within a block or two, and a bodega a few blocks away. We rented three places because there were 11 of us. They were all clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the balconies, and the roof top decks that two of our places had! There were some issues with us receiving our check-in info (it is self check-in), luckily I was able to get it through messaging in the app. Also, just an FYI - the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms. The rest of the apartment was very warm since we were there in late July. But, we didn't spent too much time in the apartments during the day, so it worked for us.
