About this house rental
The villa "Les Hortensias" is a family home ideally located in the heart of Ste Marine, in a quiet and residential area (350 m. from the port, 15 minutes walk from the large beach, the coastal paths and the sailing school). It benefits from a flower and wooded garden, totally enclosed as well as a sun terrace.
Spacious, bright, warm, with large bay windows, it is decorated in a personalized way with paintings and antique furniture. "Les Hortensias" has all the comforts (3-star furnished tourist accommodation) to allow you to spend, with family or friends, a pleasant stay in Ste Marine.
We found that the location of the house on the map of Vrbo was not correct, the correct google reference is 47°52'30.5"N 4°07'24.0"W.

House size: 160 m2 approximately
First floor: independent fitted kitchen, entrance, toilet, large living room-living room-office-library (60 m2), master suite 25m2 with new 160*200 bed, dressing room and shower room (shower 120cm*100cm) with Wc.
Upstairs: a mezzanine, 1 bedroom of 14 m2 with 2 beds of 120 cm and a third bed of 100 cm, 1 bedroom with a bed of 140 cm, 1 bathroom.
ENTERTAINMENT & WELL-BEING: Library, electronic piano, Fiber optic Internet access, Wi.fi, TV, Hi-fi system, children's board games, garden table and chairs, deckchairs, parasol.
KITCHEN & APPLIANCES: Fridge with freezer compartment, Plancha, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Electric kettle, 2 Toasters, Electric juicer, 3 Coffee machines (one single, one Espresso and one Nespresso), Plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils etc..., 2 hairdryers, high chair for baby.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Cleaning is charged as an option. Tenants are asked to return the house clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold an amount of 100 euros from the deposit.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental
• Garage for storing bicycles and water sports equipment.
• A parking space within the house, a space located 3m in front of the house, and a marina parking lot located 50m from the house.
• Mini-market and bakery at 300m, Supermarket at 5 km
• Airport 12km
• Security deposit (requested on arrival and not cashed): 25% limited to 350 euros
• Smoking/Non-Smoking: Non-Smoking
• Pets: Only well-behaved dogs are welcome (1 maximum).
• Arrival: from 4 p.m. - Departure: 11 a.m.
• The week is from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays. Please contact us if you wish to have other arrangements.

• The beaches (Ile Tudy, Loctudy...) and "spots" of the Bigouden country (the torch), Bénodet (and its thalassotherapy) and the Fouesnantais country (15 mn - golf courses), Concarneau (30 mn); Cap Sizun, Douarnenez, Audierne and the Pointe du Raz.
• Boat trip on the Odet or the Glénan Islands.
• The charming town of Pont l'Abbé and its town centre where independent shops still exist; Pont Aven, the town of painters; Locronan, one of the most beautiful villages in France; Quimper and its cathedral.
• A little further afield: Crozon, Océanopolis in Brest (scientific culture centre dedicated to the oceans).

Un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, une grande maison avec un magnifique jardin pour un excellent séjour qui, par chance, fut ensoleillé.
Situation idéale à 5min à pied du typique port de Sainte-Marine.
La location à tout pour passer un séjour reposant. Plage et promenade accessibles à pied.
De nombreuses excursions s’offrent à vous pour découvrir cette superbe région.
