About this house rental
Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Bénodet, this air-conditioned accomodation, 400 m from the main beach, with a surface area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises a 27 m² living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms (with shower or bath). There's also a 370 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

A 33 m² outbuilding at the bottom of the garden is composed as follows:

- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower

A 12 m² independent studio with shower room, WC and 1 double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A 30 m² flagstone terrace in front of the house and another one behind with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You can
benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Small beach within 20 m walking distance
- Medium beach (Plage du petit phare), approx. 400 m away, windsurf and catamaran rental,
- Large beach (Plage de Bénodet), approx. 500 m away, with lifeguard surveillance in summer, showers and toilets, and kids' club.
- Walks to the marina and old port
- Stroll along the corniche and the grande plage, with terrace cafés.
- Water sports: kayaking, paddle, sailing, boat trips on the Odet river
- Ferry crossing for pedestrians, with or without bicycles, to Sainte-Marine (summer service)
- Cinema, casino and thalassotherapy center in the heart of the resort
