A 5-bedroom family home located in the village of Combrit (29120), in the “land of the sea in the woods,” near the picturesque port of Sainte-Marine and the magnificent fine-sand beaches of Île-Tudy and its fishing village.
You’ll have access to numerous hiking trails (GR34) winding through the sea, the Odet River, and the forest, where you’ll discover chapels, churches, fountains, and washhouses. You’ll also have access to numerous bike paths.
The town of Combrit is a 10-minute drive from Pont-l’Abbé, the capital of the Pays Bigouden, a 20-minute drive from Quimper, the capital of the Pays Glazik and Cornouaille, and a 20-minute drive from Fouesnant, the capital of the Pays Fouesnantais.
Many water sports are available nearby: sailing, kitesurfing, wing foiling, and surfing....
Golf enthusiasts will also enjoy the Odet Golf Course in Bénodet or the Kerbernez Golf Course in Plomelin.
