It’s a very quirky hotel with a wild decor. The location is great right next to Pigalle metro. WiFi is strong. Coffee maker in the room and a good breakfast.

The perfect location, right near a metro and bus stop, walking distance to Montmartre.
Rooms were traditionally decorated, comfortable beds, with air con. Bathroom clean and well stocked, nice, soft towels too.
The room has a kettle, fridge and safe.
A great breakfast buffet selection, with great quality coffee.
The night concierge was very helpful, great enthusiasm for the city and perfect tips on where to go and how best to travel.
Only small gripe was the air con not working fully during our stay (during a heatwave). This wouldn't be an issue in normal conditions.

We really liked the location. Close proximity to metro, nightlife, good restaurants and cafes. Has a nice street view from the room, it's pretty active so it's been fun to watch.
Nice breakfast and shout out to the lovely lady working there. She was very attentive, kept replenishing the breakfast buffet, but also very polite, and welcoming.
Huge issues re cleanliness. Smells of dust and damp carpet. Some parts of the room look like they haven't been vacuumed for months. Some areas of our carpet were constantly wet.
I know it's advertised as "spa" hotel but the bathroom was ridiculous. There's only the bathtub, no shower. The shower head does move but it's not very long so you have to get into some weird positions if you don't want to use the tub.
One of the biggest issues was about entering the hotel. The reception staff locked the door when they were needed elsewhere in the hotel. We were unable to enter the hotel in the middle of the day, despite ringing the bell and calling their 24/7 number that they gave. We had to wait at least 10 minutes. This happened more than once. I've never seen a hotel main door being locked in the middle of the day. This possibility was never mentioned to us when checking in either.
