Needs Greater Transparency in Marketing Upon arrival, the staff were courteous and professional, and the check-in process was seamless. However, I was surprised by the room’s extremely small size — approximately 12 ft × 13 ft — with the bed occupying nearly all available space and a balcony view overlooking a noisy alley. When I inquired at the front desk, the staff explained that the room I had originally booked was under construction and even showed me the gutted space. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked that evening, but they offered to move me to another room the following night. Although disappointed, I made the best of the situation. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, but the online photos and descriptions were misleading. Overall, the staff were excellent and did their best to accommodate me under the circumstances. The surrounding area is lively, with many bars and clubs operating late into the night — ideal for some guests but not for those seeking quiet rest. In summary, while service and location were commendable, the property would benefit from far greater transparency in its marketing and room descriptions to properly set guest expectations.

the air conditioning wasn’t working in my room and in spite of repeated requests to the front desk they couldn’t get it repaired . considering the high price i had paid for this booking and that i was on a business trip i was highly disappointed with the situation . if i opened the window to get fresh air , the noise from the street was too much to get any sleep and keeping the windows closed without air conditioning just made it worse .

Super charming small and cozy hotel right off Pigalle.. the staff was very nice at all times, bed was comfy, room small and cute, bathroom super clean. Even though it is so central, the room was very calm. Will definitely choose it again for my next trip to Paris!

Not good value for money. Fell beneath standards expected from Ibis brand. A few staff welcoming, not all. Communal coffee machine often taken out of service, no tea-making facilities in the room, mould in the bathroom, bathroom fan never stopped, most towels on the threadbare side.

Stayed here on vacation. Room was simple but nice. Staff were helpful. I had a minor issue with my room, and within minutes they had someone up there helping to resolve. Not the place you go for luxury, but they take good care of you if you want a decent place on a budget.

This hotel is very novell located , a French breakfast is included and rooms are ok. Staff is super-friendly and helpful, even if I am still waiting for the receipt they promised to e-mail me. If you are easily disturbed at night, this might not be forbyou as there are several bars on the street, open until morning and people make noise.
