Painted a tranquil shade of blue, and adorned with many coastal decor elements throughout, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse creates the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation getaway!
The spacious living area is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy quality time with the whole family. Well appointed with a neutral colored sleeper sofa, 3 accent chairs, a large flat screen television, and a spectacular view of the ocean, this living space has it all.
Walking through a glass slider just off the living area, you will find the balcony furnished with a high-top table and seating for 4 guests. Here you can enjoy an early morning sunrise or a low key afternoon dinner al Fresca.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers upgraded stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and connects to the main living area so that you can enjoy the best view while whipping up a delicious home cooked meal. The dining area provides seating for 6 guests at the large wooden table while the bar area offers additional seating for 3. The tan eclectic bookshelf in the dining area plays host to many good books you are welcome to enjoy during your stay.
Beautiful paneled French doors with shades separate the living room from the master bedroom. A king bed with a beachy wooden headboard, a flat screen television, a desk area, and lovely coastal décor make this master retreat something to be desired. The en suite master bath includes a double vanity and walk in shower as well as a separate water closet.
Down the hall, the second bedroom features a gorgeous distressed metal king bed with a plush coral and seashell comforter, and a flat screen television. The third bedroom offers a full bed and a twin bed. A second bathroom sits in the hall for convenient access from these two bedrooms.

This is a nice condo with a decent view of the ocean. It is a few blocks back so you’re looking over a few rooftops but you can still see the waves. The porch is nice. The beds were good.

Our family cannot say enough good things about our condo and Amelia Island Getaways Team!! Best communication and customer service, we even received a call after our arrival to make sure all was good and no issues. The condo was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.
