Half a mile from Main Beach and two miles from historic downtown Fernandina, it's your ideal long-term base for the island — bike to the beach, explore local restaurants and shops, then come home to a fully fenced backyard made for unwinding.
This split-level home has the primary suite tucked on the lower level for privacy, with all three guest bedrooms located upstairs. Please note that although the main living area does not require stairs, they are required to access the bedrooms. The living room offers comfortable seating and a wall-mounted smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen has dining space for six and even a wine cooler — everything you need to settle in and stay a while.
Downstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, closet storage, a TV, and direct backyard access. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub for a spa-like touch. Upstairs, one guest bedroom offers a king bed and two offer queens — all three have closets and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
