This ground-level retreat offers a comfortable living space with a 65-inch LED TV, dining for six, and a fully equipped kitchen. Step out to the shaded patio for a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and its own private patio. The guest room features a queen bed and smart TV, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds and a smart TV.

We enjoyed the unit very much. It was a short walk to the beach. We have been to the island several times and knew this would be a great area to stay in. The home was perfect for our family. You provided everything we needed. We will consider your rental again when we are in the area. Thank you again.

Everything was fantastic, we loved the atmosphere and the closeness to the ocean. We would stay here again and again. If 10 dtars was an option we would leave it.

The 1st floor condo was a perfect fit for our family. Short walk to the beautiful, car-less beach.
Quiet location in the complex, inviting pool and helpful management. Close proximity to Main Beach and short drive to downtown Fernandina Beach on the Amelia River with many restaurants & shopping & music.

We had a great time and were pleasantly surprised to be on island during the Shrimp Festival. Found sharks teeth, sand dollars, starfish and so much fun!!
