Loved the condo’s layout and location.
Hot water heater could not keep up with three bathrooms. I think that for the amount paid that it was not ok to have to take a cold shower for two days and this needs to be upgraded to keep up with the three bathrooms.

The property was absolutely beautiful walking distance to the Fort, the beach and several local restaurants. The hosts were amazing. They left so many little amenities and gifts. That were so appreciated. We will definitely come back here again. Fernandina is my happy place.
