• 2 miles to Mocama Beer Company
• 2.5 miles to Main Beach Park
• 2.5 miles to downtown (Lenny the lime green golf cart will get you there)
• 4.5 miles to Ritz-Carlton
• 5 miles to Harris Teeter (this is the only grocery store currently on the island, due to Publix being closed for remodeling)

• Vintage Donuts - 2.7 miles (build your own donut!!)
• Amelia Island Coffee Company - 2.9 miles (the best cold brew!)
• Ciao Italian Eatery - 2.7 miles (checkout the seafood lasagna on Saturdays)
• The Boat House - 2.9 miles (great outdoor vibes with live music often)
• Salty Pelican - 3 miles (seafood is SUPER fresh, ask to eat upstairs for faster seating)
• PLEASE REACH OUT for other recommendations including private or beach yoga for groups, in home massage therapy, etc.
Lenny (the lime green golf cart) disclaimer:
• All guests intending to drive Lenny must sign a waiver prior to use
• Drivers must be 25+ years old per insurance requirements
• Valid driver’s license and insurance verification is required for all drivers
• Golf cart use is subject to a refundable security deposit
• Lenny may not be driven on the beach under any circumstances
• Guests assume full responsibility and liability for operation of the golf cart during their stay, including any damage, injuries, fines, or claims resulting from use
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the golf cart, up to and including full replacement cost if necessary
• The Pink Pheasant and property owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damages related to golf cart use
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is a strict rule with zero exceptions.
Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. To help protect our home and neighbors, we use a backyard decibel monitor that alerts us to sustained elevated noise levels.
Violations will result in immediate action, including a $1,000 fine, termination of your reservation without refund, removal from the property, and permanent ban from future bookings.
We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask that all guests respectfully observe quiet hours and be mindful of our neighbors at all times.

Our stay at the Pink Pheasant Home was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, welcoming, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. Having “Lenny,” the 6-person golf cart, was such a fun and convenient bonus that made getting around a breeze.The backyard truly felt like our own private oasis, complete with a cozy fire pit, rocking chairs, plenty of lounge seating, and great patio furniture. We loved spending time outside playing the outdoor games provided—it made for so many fun family moments.Inside, the layout was fantastic with two separate living rooms, which was a game-changer! The men got their football time, while the kids had their own space to play and unwind.This home exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t recommend it enough. We can’t wait to come back!
