The house is very clean, cozy, has everything we need, 9 minutes from Niagara Falls, which was the purpose of our family trip

Clean, spacious, and very close to the falls.

Clean and spacious. We did not use the whole place as it was just 4 of us. Looking forward to going back during the summer with the rest of the family. Host is very flexible and responsive.

There is a coffee maker you can use but no filter. Coffee, tea, sugar, and the filter should be provided as a welcoming gesture. This is usually provided by other places. Should also add some towel hooks in the bathroom or rooms.

The house was beautiful big and comfortable. Had extra space. Very nice.

The location. It was nice but the neighborhood was very run down other houses had graffiti, broken windows, or was boarded up including the church next door.was a little scarry. Was a little scared to walk the streets. It would be okay if you come from a big city and used to it. Otherwise it was a great place..

Suited Our Need for the night

Nice accommodations, inside of house was clean for the most part. Good upgrades done downstairs. Nicely furnished.

Would've liked blinds in the kitchen, dining room and living room areas as the neighborhood was a bit Hood! Not the safest looking neighborhood as people are able to see inside easily. Downstairs bathroom had dirty rag left in it and bath rug was hanging on shower hook. Only One TV. Would've liked TVs in bedrooms.

Labor Day weekend @ The Falls

Accommodation were very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Location was nice and convenient to Niagara Falls activities.

If you plan to cook, be prepared to bring your own everything . Including spices & s&p. Utensils and cookware are bare minimum at best. Not much work space in kitchen. Poor lighting. Coffee maker is NOT a Keurig. Come prepared with coffee filters. Or just plan on eating out. There was no place to unpack your clothing. Or hooks to hang towels...

Superb

The house was very well maintained, neat and had all the required amenities. I was on a family vacation and each family member liked it very much. It is very near to falls and close to many restaurants. My kids had a great time. Thanks for hosting us.

We had a great family vacation

The house was awesome with a bedroom for all of our family. One bedroom downstairs with a bathroom for those that could not climb stairs. One of the bedrooms upstairs had a connecting room so the 3 year old could have her space and still be close to mom and dad. The 3rd floor which is one huge room would be great for 5 or 6 teenagers. Plenty of dishes for the family. Plenty of towels for our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

it was a good stay except for minor things that could have been easily prevented and taken care of ahead of our stay.

great location convenient and close to all the spots. plenty of space to sleep, nice and clean and good for large groups.

lacks some basic needs. Outlets don’t work. driveway had lots of nails and caused a flat tire which wasted half of our day finding a shop to fix it. No laundry or dishwasher, which can be inconvenient.

Good place for big family or guest

The house has a lot of space for everyone the bed was comfortable, and the family area was very nice. Like the private driveway, it was central to where we needed to be had extra blankets due to the weather slept comfortably. Easy to get in and out of the house.

The heat in the upper floors was not enough vents to warm the upper floors; the a/c unit was not properly sealed and let in cold air in the attic. One of the beds in the attic had a broken frame ; the kitchen needed better lighting. When the heat was turned up the lower floors was too hot to stay the driveway gate was hard to open and close and locks didn't work, was not too happy staying next to abandoned church 😒 . The water pot on in the kitchen leaks.

Beautifully remodeled house.

House is big and beautifully remodeled. Kitchen and bathrooms look brand new, appliances, cabinets, toilets, showers, sinks, etc. Large dining area and living room. Great to hang out. Nice TV set with good programming available. Lots of beds. Could sleep a huge family (5 queen beds, 6 single beds, 1 blow up mattress). We were 6 guests and fit comfortably. Very comfortable and clean beds and pillows. Big yard. 10 minutes drive from the Niagara Falls State Park and major shopping. Host is very responsive via email. Easy access with the code, no need for a key. Great ability to park off the street multiple vehicles. Yard is fenced in.

No laundry, vacuum, dishwasher, hairdryer, grill, patio furniture. We booked a house instead of a hotel in order to be able to do extended family home cooked meals, which we had to do indoors due to the lack of gear for outside. The house has been recently put into rental use, so probably host is still working out those details. Not in walking distance from the resort and state park which did not matter to us as we were traveling with our elder family members who could have not walked too much anyway.
