Great house for large group

Location to Niagara Falls was good. House was clean and everything provided that we needed for our group of 8 giving us plenty of space. Beds were comfortable

The general area where the house was located was a little concerning to start with but ended up being a quiet neighbourhood for our 1 night stay.

The house is huge and fit our family perfectly! Lots of space to spread out and enjoy. Very close to everything and can walk to many places. We were given many recommendations for shopping and eating. Very easy instructions for check in and check out. They were very accommodating to our requests and questions. Highly recommend staying here.

Nothing we didn’t like, but would like to make some recommendations. There needs to be lamps and black out curtains in the bedrooms.

Definitely a good stay but not convenient for cooking since it doesn’t provide adequate cookware for a large group.

The property was in a good location and big enough to accommodate our large group.

The house has nine bedrooms so it accommodates large groups and has a big kitchen to feed everyone but doesn’t have adequate cookware. No large pots, pans, or enough spoons. It was quite challenging to feed 13 people without these items.

We had a great stay at the Aquarium Chataeu, and it suited our large family very well.

This house was perfect for our large group. It was clean which is really the deal breaker for me when I stay places. Four bathrooms, need I say more? Great communication from Niagara Hospitality.

The property has been updated, but not particularly well. The transition strips on the flooring are sharp. It would have been nice to have more towels for the kitchen since there is not a dishwasher. And table lamps would have been a plus.

Stay was comfortable. Lots of couches and beds and close to the Falls.

The house was close the the Falls and had a lot of beds. Great for many people.

The house had no coffee, tea, sugar or any items to cook with. There were also no extra garbage bags to use when the bin was full. Construction nearby woke us up at 6:30am.

The walls in the kitchen area could have used some paint and the 3rd floor bedroom vent needs some fixing. Kitchen could have used a few more items like pots, pans, oven mitts, oven dishes, etc

I didn't like that we couldn't control the thermostat.. but there was plenty of fans..but when it gets chilly you just have to grab a blanket.. other than that.. very nice..

Superb

Great space, plenty of bedrooms. The house actually has 4 bathrooms even though only 2 are listed on the website. It was very close proximity to all of the attractions.

There was only 1 TV in the house for 2 families with kids. Also, the kitchen setup is not the best for cooking and cookware was limited. These were minor adjustments.

house is good for family. not much flexibility. we arrived late (around 8pm) so we requested to have a 1hr extension but

house is spacious

instructions to get in were sent late. we were told that they will give it on the morning of our arrival but we didn’t receive any. we had to call them to ask for the code. the day after we checked out, that’s the only time i received the checking in instructions in the email. bathroom amenities are limited. it only had a body wash.

The house is absolutely beautiful... The staff went way above and way beyond. We will never go through another company.

The 3rd floor bedrooms were very warm. But everything else was so good it didn't matter. We just cracked the windows.

What's not to like? I enjoyed my stay with family and friends. We just noticed that a few things was missing... example: bedside lamps for bedrooms, dressing mirror and iron/iron board. Also a suggestion for the bathrooms...lower the rods or put longer shower curtains to avoid water splashing over.

Great place to rest after a long day of sight seeing.

Great Location to everything! It's a tri level home so a large amount of space to spread out. Each floor had a shower! Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is big enough to gather and talk.

The pictures are real estate staging, the house decoration is nothing like the pictures. If you like a well decorated vacation home, this isn't the place. Not all the rooms have air conditioning, this is a problem in the summer time. You could easily open the windows and doors (though some stick) but then bugs come in the house. Electricity wasn't working in one of the 3rd floor rooms and they asked us to check the breaker, when asked where it was, they replied either in the basement (locked) or outside. We weren't going to go outside with flashlights in a strange neighborhood looking for a breaker!! The soonest someone could come out was the next afternoon, after we checked out. The contact number on the coffee table isn't manned during the posted hours. We called a few times and and no one answered. We never received a return call. So we started using the Booking.com messaging board..that was a faster reply, but I don't think it was someone local.

Close to the falls' lots of space and room. Easy access to different events and to the falls.

Not enough wash cloths, hand towel, no dish towels, hot pads. Kitchen floor was dirty. Walk around without shoes and feet were dirty. Dirty towel in a bathroom dresser. I would suggest more bathroom hand bars in the 2nd floor bathroom. There are not enough working electric outlets in the bathroom.
