The hotel was very very clean and in a great location. The staff was friendly without being too in your face which I highly appreciated. They were always polite and super helpful. The view from the hotel was absolutely stellar and especially for the pricing far better than what I expected.
My only "complaint" was that the doors were old thus when it was windy or people were passing we could hear it shuttering.

I loved the location and it was a perfect room for a short stay like ours, what's more the staff was extremely friendly and it was easy to check in and out
We didn't love the shower curtains and the bathroom was quite small, a bit difficult, but in the end it worked out fine

The location was amazing, right in the center of Spetses next to the shops and restaurants. The bus stop was 2 minutes away, as well as the main grocery store of the island. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite okay space-wise for two people with a cute balcony facing the sea. Also the stuff was really nice and helpful!
The fact that it is located in the center of spetses also means that there could be some noise in the morning, however not that annoying

The location. Very central and convenient
The wifi signal was bad. I could only connect to Wi-Fi when I was in the bathroom and that wasn’t always either.
The shower curtain needed to be longer to prevent water from spilling over
