We asked for a twin room, we got a twin room. Very comfortable, very very clean, employees are nothing other than kind and gentle to you! They provide you water and inform you not to consume tap water which is not good (we were not informed about this , so they were awesome for that!)
No real complaints, we had to pay cash bc the machine was not working. But there’s ATMs quite close.

It’s 5 mins walk away from the main port, attractions and center of the island. Just a little bit steep road to walk in case you have accessibility issues but suitable for a stroller. Staff is very nice and smiling, Dora is fantastic. She was very helpful with recommendations and support with the tips and tricks. I was travelling with my Mom, it’s a safe hotel and definitely recommend for a short stay
The facility and the rooms need renovation. The beds are old, textiles and closets are outdated, bathroom needs an update. Yes, you pay accordingly but why not upgrading it. It’s a nice place. We stayed at the entrance floor so in the evening the noise of the motorcycles and people passing by may bother you. Maybe upper floor could be more convenient if you have noise sensitivity.

A gem of a place in Spetses - clean, comfortable, centrally located, definitely value for money! Although situated uphill, that's really unavoidable on the island.
Nothing we didn't like - we were actually pleasantly surprised by everything!

Dora is such a friendly and helpful hostess. She makes you feel welcome from the get go. The property is located quite close to the port and makes it very easy to walk around town.
The room was too small for 3 men, and the photos provided on booking.com were misleading when it came to its size. I don't think it was good value for money, eventually.
