Aelia Seaside Luxury Suites

Cozy, boutique style rooms. Great communication, fast response, helpfull admins/owners. We enjoyed a queen-size bed (160×200), which was enough for us. Very clean and laundry changed at every two days. An interesting amenity was the balcony pool but, regretfully, we weren't able to use it because the water was bit cold. I guess that during full summer season, the water will get warmer.

The playground in front is noisy in the evening with children playing and stresfull after local teenagers gather at night.

Our room and the whole property was clean and cosy. The owner kept us informed all the time and gave us wonderful information about the area. It was great. Thank you all!

Everything was great.

Very nice view, very comfortable, we used the kitchen-equiped with all that we needed! Coffee/water available in the room. The building is very nice. We were able to park our car in front of our room.

For the and of september, the water in the pool was cold. We couldn’t use it.

The apartment is new and modern. The landlord, although we did not meet, was very attentive and responded to our requests. The apartment was cleaned every 3rd day and bed sheets were changed once during our stay (8 days). It is very close to the beach too, which was what we were looking for.

Nothing to do with the property itself, but next to the apartment there is a small park & kids playground which is very busy till late in the evening. Teens gather there and are extremely loud till midnight and sometimes even later. They play, shout, drive motorbikes really loud, which did not meet our expectations for a quiet holiday with a kid. There are also few shopping (even food) options in New Karvali, so we were driving often to Kavala for better quality options. Yea Karvali is a bit boring, no sea-side alley with cafes & restaurants - options are rather minimal, so it does not feel much like holiday location...
