For the and of september, the water in the pool was cold. We couldn’t use it.

Place to stay, feeling home and being close to the beach

Amazing close to Beach. Very new, modern and clean. Owner was not visible but made us feeling welcome. We got all information about place and area, personal recommendations and much more. Cool and rarely these days. Thanks

Just place a small fruit knife for better cutting fruits or great, salami or others. Another recommendation. Place some small soft rubber under the terrace chairs. More silent.

Great stay with a few hiccups

The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortably cool thanks to the AC. The bathroom was large and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location—just a short walk from the beach—was perfect. The host was friendly and responsive, quickly addressing any requests. Self check-in is great too.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, but there were a few downsides worth mentioning. The blackout curtain in the room was too short to fully block the light, which made early mornings less restful. The location, while convenient, is right next to a park and can get very noisy at night—teenagers often gather there, and loud motorcycles pass frequently. We had booked a room with a pool but didn’t end up using it, as the water was quite cold and the pool wasn’t heated. Additionally, we had a sun umbrella on our terrace which was taken by the host on the morning of our second day. Although she promised to return it the next day, that never happened. It was taken because of a serious problem with wasps.

Great stay overall – clean, comfortable, and good service. Downside: Loud motorcycles in the evening

Everything was perfect – the accommodation, service, and amenities fully met our expectations. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. An ideal place to relax if you're looking for comfort and daytime peace.

In the evening, from around 8 PM to 11 PM, motorcycles circle the area and create an unbearable amount of noise, making it difficult to fall asleep, especially for families with small children. Additionally, the beach is dirty and far from the image of a well-maintained coastal area.

Wonderful and romantic experience

Everything was great. I spent my birthday weekend there. It is such a wonderful place, close to the beach, and having private pool is next level experience. Highly recommend it for romantic weekends with your loved ones.

Fabulous hotel next to Kavala

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! The place is stunning, right in front of the beach. Our room was beautiful with great details, the bed is comfy, the cleaning lady is friendly and helped us with anything we needed. There is also a great pool, which is personal for your room. Perfect host family, superfriendly and service minded. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and helping us enjoy our holiday. We definitely recommend this hotel if you want to experience Kavala.

Perfect rooms, Excellent stay!

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was an amazing experience. We traveled with a small baby and everything was super comfortable for us. The rooms are modern and comfortable with nice design and stylish finish. The beachfront location and the host’s availability towards our needs made our staying a perfect one. We loved every second spent in this accommodation! Thank you for all!

Lovely small boutique hotel! Amazing stay!

Aelia is very beautiful with minimalistic decorations. You can see the love for details in every corner. The hotel is only a few meters away from the beach and the seaview from our suite was breathtaking making it the best place to relax. Everything in the room was fresh and super clean. The owners are friendly and really care about the guests. It's one of the best places to stay in Kavala region (we have been 3 times in Kavala but Aelia Suites was the best choice by far). We will be back in summertime for sure ! Thank you !

Elegance and luxury, excellent stay!

Aelia Seaside Luxury Suites is a perfect small boutique hotel that offers truly everything for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. Excellent location, next to the sandy beach. Kavala city is only 7 min away driving. Everything in the hotel shows a perfect combination of design, functionality and easy comfort. Everything, to the last detail, is well thought of and speaks to the owner’s effort, love and passion to create a private little paradise –with absolute success! The owners are very helpful and friendly and helped us with everything needed, made us feel like home. Free private parking is available. Even if we still have a lot of other islands and locations to visit, we will definitely return here. Thank you for all!

Everything was sparkling clean and pretty. Awesome design of the rooms. The matress is amazingly confortable. The beach is just across. The owners are really friendly and give help anytime needed. Best stay in Kavala

Nice premises, but very loud location (in the evenings).

The apartment is new and modern. The landlord, although we did not meet, was very attentive and responded to our requests. The apartment was cleaned every 3rd day and bed sheets were changed once during our stay (8 days). It is very close to the beach too, which was what we were looking for.

Nothing to do with the property itself, but next to the apartment there is a small park & kids playground which is very busy till late in the evening. Teens gather there and are extremely loud till midnight and sometimes even later. They play, shout, drive motorbikes really loud, which did not meet our expectations for a quiet holiday with a kid. There are also few shopping (even food) options in New Karvali, so we were driving often to Kavala for better quality options. Yea Karvali is a bit boring, no sea-side alley with cafes & restaurants - options are rather minimal, so it does not feel much like holiday location...

Superb

Everything is like on the pictures, simply perfect. Super close to the beach, shops, restaurants. In the apartment everything is new, and there is all you need for a vacation stay. And it is all decorated in such beautiful and modern style, yet super cozy. Def a place to enjoy your stay.

The only minus is that the water in the pool is cold, there is no heater.

Nearly perfect

The name Luxury fits it well. Lovely modern suite! As german guests we enjoyed our 3 day stay. The bed was great. Very silent air conditioner. Kitchen looked good, we only used fridge and nespresso machine with 4 free cups🙂

More privacy at the pool rooms makes it the perfect couple experience. Pool lights need a switch for dark room sleepers like my girlfriend 😀

Nice apartment

The apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated, it has two balconies, one of which has lazy bags and a little swimming pool, great for chilling out in the evening. Staff is really great, helpfull and kind. Around 50m away from the beach

The price is too high if we take into account the location (Nea Karvali) and the building itself where the apartments are located. The view from the balconies is into the building. Water in the pool was cold.

Superb

The rooms are very fresh and new. At some point we found out there is no frying pan but it was resolved in few moments after contacting the owner. Beach is only 50m away. We had a great time!

Fantastic! Everything absolutely great!

This place is amazing in every way. Super clean and modern rooms few steps from the sandy beach. The owner is very friendly and helped us with everything needed during our stay. There is a free private parking next to the hotel. Mini markets, restaurants and coffee shops are all within 3 min walking! Great experience! Definitely will come back!

Pleasant

The property was new and stylish

This property is not suitable for families with small kids. The studio itself is on the second and third floor. The stairs inside the studio are really dangerous, you have to stay alert all the time. Communication with the owners was mainly by Viber, they live in Kavala. To find good tavern, good beach or supermarket you have to use your car.

5* experience

We booked the Junior Suite with private pool and loved everything about our stay! The entire complex has a great architecture with a minimalistic approach. The beach is just a few steps from the suites. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and super clean! The owner is very helpful providing us with several suggestions and the best spots around. There is a free private parking for all guests. In short, the whole stay was a unique experience and we can't wait to go back.

Nice long weekend for me and my boyfriend

Very close to the beach, right across the street. Staff is friendly and helping with all the question we had, including booking nice restaurant for us giving directions for the best place to buy olive oil and tooth bushes, etc..

I don't think there is something I didn't like about the hotel. The village is small, so if someone is looking for night life or entertainment, this is not your place, but this is nothing to di with the hotel itself
