Perfect location for visiting Kavala , walking distance approx. 20 min from the centre of the city. Cozy room , fully equipped, clean , Personnel friendly ,pleasant and professional. what else to ask? Full value for money. please keep like this . Bravo.

It was a nice stay except the shower problem.
It was clean and staff was really kind.
After shower, some of the wate was spread into the bathroom floor instead of going down the drain, so the floor was wet when I got out of the shower.

Clean and enjoyable, I will definitely prefer again
Everything was great about our stay with UrbanBay. The location is so close to the city centre, 5 minutes by car. The parking wasn’t a problem at all. We requested an early check-in and they helped us with that. We stayed as a family in a suite with balcony. The room was huge and good for 4 people, even 6! It was really clean and modern. We didn’t use but we liked the option to have the kitchen as well. Everything you might need to cook was there, great for longer stays. They left us complimentary gifts which we really enjoyed. We also didn’t use the pool since we stayed for one night, but, again, it’s a great option. The staff were extremely helpful and nice, they made it so much easier for us. I will prefer here again in the future if I stay in Kavala😊

We had a wonderful time! The rooms were extremely clean and the hygiene was on point. The hotel is new and exceeded all our expectations. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We recommend the hotel with both hands! Greetings to Athina and all the other staff.
