Villa Montecito presents a tropical, beachfront paradise with an unforgettable and massive 18,500 square feet of luxury indoor/outdoor living space, and features state-of-the-art amenities on all four levels. This exceptional, newly renovated, and professionally decorated 12 suites,14 bath villa is located directly on the beach in Conchas Chinas, often referred to as the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta.
Villa Montecito is fully staffed with a complimentary villa manager, concierge service, 24/7 houseman, two housekeepers, night watchman, cook and sous chef, waitstaff, bartender, and mixologist. The Villa is available for rental as 6 suites (up to 12 suites) and will accommodate up to 24 guests. All twelve beautifully decorated suites offer ensuite baths, ocean-view terraces, individual air-conditioning, hairdryers, bathrobes, bathroom essentials, and yoga mats. Sleeping accommodations include eleven king-size and two single beds.
Upon entering Villa Montecito, you will be greeted with a refreshing welcome beverage and spectacular floor-to-ceiling views of Banderas Bay from the open terrace that runs the entire length of the villa, with sliding glass doors that can be completely opened up to warm sun and refreshing, ocean breezes. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the beautiful sandy beach cove with its picturesque rock formations, crystalline waters, and magnificent sunsets!
Here on the entry-level, you will find a plush and stylish living area with 52" flat screen Satellite TV, Sonos entertainment center with surround sound, DVD/CD player, and fiber optics as well as high-speed wireless internet throughout. Delight in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, cappuccino station, outdoor seating area with wet bar and refrigerator, and a spacious dining area that comfortably seats 24 guests.
On the upper level is the Primary suite and three guest suites. Below the main living area there are five guest suites and on the lowest level three guest suites that open onto the spacious terrace with a large, HEATED, SALTWATER infinity pool. Lounge chairs, a poolside palapa-covered bar, BBQ, and additional dining area for your relaxation and enjoyment await. The covered palapa is the perfect place for massage and yoga too! Here you will also find direct access to the pristine and beautiful sandy beach, surrounded by magnificent rock structures providing the best tidal pool adventures! From the beach it's a short walk to nearby restaurants should you want to leave the villa.

📌 Guests select their preferred suites prior to arrival by completing a suite selection form. During the orientation call, we review the form, confirm your guest count, suite selection, travel needs, concierge contacts, and answer any additional questions to ensure a seamless experience.
📌 The number of guests on your booking must match your submitted guest list and may not, at any time, exceed the maximum allowed for this home. 🚫Day visitors are not permitted.
📌Guests are responsible for their own food, groceries, and drinks, plus any applicable shopping or credit card processing fees.
📌 A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required. The deposit is held or charged before arrival and automatically released after checkout, in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.

An amazing dream vacation. We were a party of 24 adults, 12 couples celebrating a few 50th birthdays. The property was truly magnificent. The beach wasn't private, but it was beautiful. The staff took very good care of us. The rooms were clean and most had amazing views.

This is a gorgeous home. The booking process was a breeze and the management group, mainstay luxury estates, very responsive and helpful.
The home is immaculate - every room has a gorgeous ocean view and balcony. The outdoor pool area is spectacular with easy access to a nearly private beach. Walking distance to downtown PV.
The icing on the cake was the staff at the home. They are warm and attentive and strive to make their guests happy at literally every turn. The chef prepared delicious meals to our liking twice a day and the bartender followed us around the property, never letting us dry up. :) We had cleaning service daily and security at night. The concierge helped our group of 11 adults plan plan the most wonderful excursions.
Do yourself a favor and book this house. We look forward to our next visit!

This is a stunning villa with breathtaking ocean views from every room. The chef prepared delicious meals, very friendly staff always asking if we need drinks or anything and excellent concierge that was able to help us with any request. We were a group of 16 adults and each person had an excellent stay here.
