• Occupancy 2 persons per bedroom, with full house rental up to 4 extra guests allowed for an extra fee of $125 USD per guest per night plus tax
• Children Policies – 2 small children under 4yrs sleeping w parents no charge, maximum 4 children under 8 years
• Smoking in designated outdoor areas only
• Pets allowed, please inquire

Would really recommend this Villa if you travel to Puerto Vallarta, this place is even more beautiful and perfect than the pictures show. It was by far our favourite family trip, there was so much for everyone to do, we will definitely be going back.
