•The villa’s 20,000 square feet feature an elevator and full air conditioning, along with many luxurious details such as limestone floors, marble bathrooms and kitchens, and jacuzzi tubs in 6 of the bathrooms.

•There are 2 spacious, completely separate living areas and 2 office areas. All public areas feature large flat-screen TVs, a quiet library/reading room, and many charming terraces and common areas—perfect for a large group to gather or enjoy some private time.
•All rooms have a private bathroom, TV, and individually controlled air conditioning; 9 of the rooms have ocean views, and 2 overlook Yvonneka’s private banana plantation and provide access to the secret garden terrace.

The staff is here to pamper you, and the international gourmet chef is so fabulous that most guests rarely eat out, even with world-class restaurants just a few steps away.
•The safety of our guests is our top priority, and a night watchman is on duty to greet you upon your return at any hour of the night.

There are several outdoor smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

•For the sake of your own peace of mind and comfort, we prefer to host only guests aged 30 and older, and younger guests must be accompanied by at least one adult. We are not equipped to accommodate student groups. Thank you for your understanding.
