About this space
Your private luxury vacation/event villa, complete with a private chef, full-service staff, pool, spa. With best views of the Banderas Bay! Available for exclusive, private rental, one group at a time has the entire property. The Villa is an intimate place to gather and share special times with family and friends. Minimum 8 suites, up to 16 guests required to book. Capacity of 38 guests in up to 15 total suites, please send an inquiry if you are more than 16 guests, as additional fees will apply. Meals, excursions, extra services, additional fees apply.
The space
5 floors, each with elevator access, pool, hot tub, bars, patios all surrounded by tropical jungle gardens.
There are 15 suites / 38 guest capacity lodging, event capacity 175:
• 12 suites with 1 king / 2 capacity
• 1 suite with 1 king & 2 queens / 6 capacity
• 1 suite with 2 queens & 2 twins / 6 capacity
• 1 suite with 2 twins / 2 capacity
Guest access
The entire Villa will be yours alone, it is your home away from home! Only one group stays at a time, any unrented suites will be locked.
Other things to note
We are high above it all, within walking distance of the Los Muertos Pier, just above the Zona Romantica. With spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas from our Palapa and Pool patios.
If meals are purchased; all meals are prepared onsite in our private Chefs kitchen, with no guest access. For our guests we provide a Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and sink.
Laundry services available at an additional fee.
All costs for lodging, meals and excursions are subject to change. *Booking/deposit secures date and quoted price.
Maximum guest limit on this platform is 16, for additional guests (up to 38) please inquire within.
Minimum nights policy: Low Season: 4 nights - High Season: 5 nights - Holidays: 7 nights

Our experience at the villa was absolutely memorable! The villa's accommodations and staff completely impressed us. The pictures online simply don't do this amazing place justice. Every detail was just as we had hoped. Linn & Kristy were super helpful with the planning of it all and Gloria ,Tony and the rest of the staff made our stay unforgettable. We were all thrilled to be there and are already counting down the days until our next visit.
The adults, young adults, teens and even the kids in the group all give this villa thumbs up.

We traveled as a group of 16 for my sisters birthday and found everything spectacular. The staff was amazing, especially our in house bartender Obedt and property manager Montse. They accommodated any needs we had and everyone loved their stay. Perfect stay for big group and can’t beat the views.

Positives: The villa is as beautiful as the pictures promised! On-site staff was incredibly accommodating, even drove one of us to the doctor during a time of need. The perfect place for a family to celebrate & spend time together.
Negatives:
- Unprofessional & Rude: We experienced unpleasant interactions with the villa owners/management. They frequently hassled us for payment without providing a payment link & even yelled at us during a call, not allowing us to speak.
- Misleading Pricing: The villa's description implies an included private chef, but the fine print reveals you pay for this. The owner shared dinner prices ($25-35 per person per plate) & a one-dish limit per group only weeks before our trip, resulting in unexpected extra costs.
- Inaccurate Concierge: We received incorrect information before the trip, including a misquote for a round trip that was double the initial price & non-refundable. We were told we needed to bear the cost of the misquote which felt unfair. We did end up resolving the issue via numerous texts & phone calls shortly before the trip.
- Disorganized: Despite a 60-day advance notice for meal selections, we received no instructions & had to initiate contact less than 30 days out. We were rushed & then blamed for not submitting earlier.
The villa & staff were excellent, but the management could improve their hospitality skills. They seemed disorganized & were quick to anger. Future guests should clarify all costs & requirements upfront.
