Just off of route 1 and just 3 miles to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, downtown tax-free shopping and beaches.
The luxury condo is within walking to the the outlets, several restaurants like Cracker Barrel, and the Park and Ride. You can enjoy a day at the pool, relax on our screened in porch, or by the beach.
The Living room is the perfect place to relax with a couch, love seat, and swivel chair and 50" HDTV.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking, baking and eating supplies.
Kitchen table seats 6 with a counter height bar for an additional 2 people.
Screened in porch also has a table and 4 chairs for your enjoyment.
Outside sun porch has a small table and 4 chairs also.
NEW Washer and Dryer added for 2024
Condo is located on the second floor so you will have to walk up some steps.
Coffee Maker: Standard Drip Coffee Maker.

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Palms Community" Email 14 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Palms Community. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.
Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.
Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.
COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.
House Rules:
No Smoking, No Pet Policy – Maximum Occupancy Restrictions:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Property or within 10' of the front / rear doors and windows to the home.
Pets are strictly prohibited in and around the property.
The property has a maximum sleeping occupancy restriction of 7 people including children. In order to sleep 10 you would have to utilize the 2 cots inside the home and move them into the family room at night.
Rental Guest agrees that breaking any of these three rules is a violation of their agreement and can result in eviction from the premises with forfeiture of all monies paid.
Prohibited Vehicles: Campers, boats, trailers or other oversized vehicles are not permitted

We had a great long weekend at the beach! The condo is so close to downtown Rehoboth so we were able to easily come back after a day on the beach and change for dinner. All of the beds were comfortable and we had access to everything we needed.

The check in went smoothly, code to door worked with no problems. Condo was as advertised, fully stocked kitchen. Everything you needed for the beach including a wagon. Condo was close to mall, restaurants, activities and beach. Was very pleased with the outside sitting area. Would book again. As a side note rails in the bathtubs would be a nice touch.

The property was lovely and we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your property. The code did not work and had to be recalibrated causing checkin process to be very upsetting in the heat of the day. I never rec’d any response to an email msg and a personal message left with the owners about beach gear availability. Met some lovely and very helpful owners of other units while visiting
