As you continue through the home, discover a cozy family room with comfortable furnishings and electric fireplace. Adjacent, you'll find a dining room table where you can gather for meals.
Just off the family room, you'll discover a delightful four-season porch that leads out to the backyard and patio area.
The fully stocked, updated kitchen has modern amenities, including a breakfast bar for casual dining and a convenient desk area ideal for catching up on work or planning your next adventure. Connected to the kitchen is a garage, alongside a convenient stackable washer and dryer setup.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Upstairs, you'll discover three cozy bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms. The primary suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a smart TV for entertainment, and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom for added comfort and convenience.

We loved this cute, immaculate, beach-themed townhouse! All of our beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and living areas were spacious, fresh, and modern. The washer and dryer were a welcome convenience. The host was so gracious and readily available. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Spotless. Terrific layout for privacy, many amenities thoughtfully provided. 10 out of 10 except for beach access, which required driving, but parking always available.

Fabulous layout for family, lots of room to spread out . Great location for visits to town and beach. Community pool and tennis court makes your stay extra special. Perfect stay

I needed a comfortable, clean place to stay for myself and my adult children for the weekend. We were down visiting family for bike riding, pickleball and a family gathering. I picked the perfect rental for this occasion! This townhouse was so much more than I ever expected. It was newly remodeled, beautifully decorated, beautiful, sparkling clean bathrooms, cozy and spacious bedrooms, and all the amenities needed to make our stay convenient and relaxing. It was dry stocked with everything including shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. There was even a desk and a printer to wfh.
Our host was very nice and flexible w times checking in and out-since we were around during an off-peak season. Also, contacting the host via vrbo was simple and she was very receptive and expedient in getting back to us. I would say the only problem with this rental would be its location to the beach ( it’s on the other side of the highway), however, it’s location to shopping, a water park, and many restaurants is within blocks-but a car to get to these places would be your only safe alternative.
It would have been nice to take our bikes and ride into town but the highway made this less desirable. If you like biking, keep the bikes on the car racks and drive to the bike path(s).
We had a fabulous weekend in Rehoboth Beach… it is a beautiful town. Our stay in this lovely townhouse made for a happy and memorable weekend.
