Villa Verde is a secluded and quiet getaway, yet 3 doors away from the beach in the heart of Miramar, on private Windancer Lane.
Villa Verde’s tree-lined drive welcomes you to our two-story, wrap-around veranda home. Step thru the veranda entry and feel the calm and privacy of our lushly landscaped pool and our spacious backyard courtyard shaded by enormous palms. Third-story decks provide for lovely vantage points of the Emerald Coast.
This low-stress getaway allows for maximum fun in the sun with deeded private access beach just yards away, or escape a windy day and enjoy the shaded pool sitting on the wrap-around veranda.
Private access beach is a mere two-minute walk across the small private condo parking lot where white sand beaches await, a stay at Villa Verde provides the convenience of access to the private condominium amenities including a on the beach, private members-only bathrooms, and rinse showers make for stress-free enjoyment. Or if you prefer, use the private outdoor shower back at Villa Verde.
If you run out of places to sit and relax, head up to the third-story decks off the bunk room and take in lovely vantage points of the Emerald Coast.
With brand new renovations throughout, this already fantastic home will be even more luxurious! You will find a wonderful blend of coastal luxury with the comforts of your own home.
Entry to the property is through an extensive wraparound porch. Guests will enter the home through an open, renovated kitchen that is fully stocked and appointed for a chef's delight. One of two large den/living flex spaces surround the kitchen, and the first level is completed with an enormous master bedroom and bathroom- one of the largest you will find in this area.
Taking the stairs to the second level, guests will find the second and third guest bedrooms, separated by a hallway for plenty of privacy and space. The bunk room and accompanying built in bunks also complete the sleeping areas of this home, to provide occupancy to suit a variety of parties, and comfortably sleep all guests.
Because we want you to enjoy your stay, we’ve added an OK2Charge EV charger. Before your stay, you will receive an activation email to register for the service or simply scan the QR code on the face of the charger when you arrive.
This home is professionally managed by Scenic Stays.
Guests must be above the age of 25, or must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are not welcome to accompany their families at this home, events are not allowed and it is a strictly non smoking property.

*Please note, the bunk beds in the hallway are children-sized and will not comfortably accommodate an adult when planning your stay.

The home and the location were great! However we had several problems that required intervention during our stay. Cable did not work- this was resolved within 48 hrs. Dryer did not work, someone was sent to fix it but actually made the problem worse. We didn’t have a functioning dryer our entire stay which required us to reuse bath towels and air dry clothing outside. Only solution offered was for cost laundromat services to be covered. We tried to find pick up service but did not get any help with this from property management. They did end up delivering new beach towels (not bath towels) on the last day of our stay but these smelled terrible, and we were unable to use them. Pool light didn’t work for night swimming- reported but no solution offered. We also had a family of stray cats living in the bushes out back and under the house.
House was spacious and close to the beach though.
Overall I would likely not stay here again- not because of the home, but because we did not have a great guest experience for the price we paid.

It was a nice house in a quiet area. However, the outdoor was unclean. There was all sorts in the pool and surrounding areas. The plants also had maggots int the plant pots and cats all over the place.

Had a great time. There is plenty of space. We were a family of 4 so we had our own room and bathroom. The primary bathroom is rather large. We were here in March and the pool is not heated so it was rather chilly. I’m sure it’s different in the summer. You are steps away from the beach and a walk away from restaurants. The house is secluded and quiet. Perfect place to relax.

House was beautiful and definitely met our needs. Would definitely recommend and happily return. Our only disappointment was the pool. Due to the trees, foliage, the pool was filled with debris. The only day we were able to use it, was the Tuesday before we left as the pool company was there and cleaned it. We specifically looked for a pool as we had a 3 year old with us.
