Welcome to your stylish holiday home in Gasteig/Kirchdorf in Tyrol, idyllically situated at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. Two separate, high-quality apartments on the ground and upper floors offer space for up to 12 people and are ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together who still appreciate privacy. Please note: Both apartments have separate entrances and are not connected.
Both apartments are fully equipped and feature a modern and cozy alpine style.
A lovingly landscaped garden with a barbecue and a spacious balcony with stunning views of the surrounding alpine meadows and landscape invite you to relax. A ping-pong table, parking (for a fee), and a convenient key safe provide added comfort. A welcome pack upon arrival will help you get off to a great start.
The quiet yet central location makes the house the perfect base for activities in every season, whether skiing in Kitzbühel and the surrounding area or hiking and biking in the Kitzbühel Alps.

Wohnung zur Check-In Zeit nicht fertig. Auch drei Stunden später um 18 uhr war die Dame noch am Putzen. Hatte aber reichlich Zeit, um uns Gespräche aufzudrängen anstatt beim Putzen Gas zu geben. Sehr aufdringliche Person, mischte sich in alles ein, wie z.B. unsere Pläne zum Abendessen. Heizung funktionierte nur im Bad im unteren Teil des Hauses. Babybett eine Frechheit, da wäre der Boden im Vergleich zur Matratze bequemer. Parkplatzsituation unentspannt. Etwas abgelegen; man braucht für fast alles ein Auto.

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und neu renoviert. Im Haus ist auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt allerdings in Gasteig, einer Anhöhe in der Nähe von Kirchdorf direkt an der Bundesstraße. Für Kinder eher ungeeignet, da man dort direkt wenig spazieren gehen kann und kein spielplatz in der Nähe ist

Wir waren zu 7. auf 2 Appartements verteilt. Diese Aufteilung hat wunderbar funktioniert.
Wir waren zum Skilaufen da. Die Lage war perfekt und nur wenige Fahrminuten vom Lift in St. Johann entfernt.
Die Unterkunft selbst hatte alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Angefangen bei der Küchenausstattung bis zum eigenen Ski-Keller. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn en gezellig huisje waarin alles aanwezig was. Prachtige omgeving, waarin ook in de herfst nog veel te doen is! Jammer dat we pas een parkeerplek voor onze auto kregen toegewezen nadat er al gedoe met de plaatselijke buurman geweest was…
