The holiday home is in a quiet but central location, close to various ski areas such as Kitzbühel and Ellmau-Scheffau. A small ski area is located directly in Kirchdorf. The region also offers a wide range of leisure activities in summer, such as numerous hiking and mountain bike routes or wellness in the Kaiserquell. A wide range of shops can be found in the vicinity (3km).

The two comfortably furnished apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor, have 2 well-equipped kitchens with modern appliances. The other rooms and bathrooms are also contemporary, elegant and modern. The beautiful garden with barbecue and balcony with bar invite you to linger. There is also a table tennis table, an underground parking space and parking facilities at the house. To get your holiday off to a flying start, a starter pack of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, sugar, salt and spices awaits you upon arrival.
