Location was good, breakfast was lovely at a little cafe included where the staff were so lovely. Comfortable bed .
The street noise was so loud until 5am some nights and room next door very loud through the night . It felt like their bathroom was in our room . We fixed this by using earplugs with soothing music to stop the noise.

Dimora Sassetti 6 was a highlight of our time in Florence. We stayed six nights in a beautiful apartment just a few blocks from Piazza della Repubblica, Palazzo Strozzi, and an easy walk to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi. Being able to wander out and be among the city’s main sights in minutes made every day simple and enjoyable. The apartment was elegant, comfortable, and well kept, with a quiet central feel that still felt like a retreat after busy days. Maurizio, the owner and host, was amazing—he helped us find parking and recommended the best places to eat and visit, which made our stay even easier and more memorable. We would stay here again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the historic center on foot.
