Wonderful experience! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything. Our host was incredibly helpful, especially with our last-minute changes, which we really appreciated. It can be a bit noisy, but that’s the trade-off for such a central location. The complimentary earplugs were a thoughtful touch and made all the difference. ☺️

Could be cleaner but bed sheets spotless, bathroom has some dirt on skirting

Location was brilliant with the best parts of Florence on the doorstep. Maurizio was very pleasant on entry and gave us some recommendations that we were really happy with, great food and good prices. Only place we didn't go to was because the queue was too long which is a good sign.
Breakfast is based at a local cafe round the corner rather than in the accommodation, but it is very good.

There was no breakfast so don't advertise as a B&B.
Every time we turned on the water (or flushed the toilet), the pipes made very loud noises. The elevator started half way up.
