Newly built, modern, and very quiet vacation apartment with a spacious terrace and a private garden area. The bright apartment features a separate entrance and a parking space next to the house.
Bicycles can be stored safely. Lake Forggensee is just a three-minute walk away. The swimming area at the sailing harbor is just a few minutes’ walk away. We’re also located right on the Forggensee bike path, next to a cross-country ski trail, and near an indoor climbing gym. The nearby mountains and ski resorts are also just a short drive away. A sailing and surfing school offering boat, surfboard, and SUP board rentals is located 6 km away. Canoes and kayaks are also available for rent. Several e-bike rental options are available in the immediate vicinity. Many hiking and walking trails start right outside the front door. The range of recreational activities is very diverse and well-developed across many categories.
