Our newly built vacation rental is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location on the outskirts of Rieden am Forggensee, at the end of a cul-de-sac. From here, a short walk takes you directly to the Pilz lookout point, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view. You can also enjoy an unobstructed, breathtaking view of the majestic mountains right from the apartment itself.
Our pet-free, non-smoking apartment is ideal for people with allergies and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay for two in 50 modernly designed square meters. The minimum stay is one week.
The apartment spans two floors: On the first floor, you’ll find the cozy living area, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, and a separate restroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a stylishly furnished bedroom and a modern bathroom.
On the sunny terrace, you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and be enchanted by the magnificent panorama of the Allgäu Alps. Your perfect retreat to leave everyday life behind!

Our duplex vacation rental, newly built in 2024, offers modern comforts and a cozy atmosphere. It features underfloor heating and allergy-friendly vinyl or tile flooring in all rooms.
On the first floor, you’ll find a living-kitchen-dining area with two comfortable lounge chairs, an internet-enabled flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a separate restroom. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, electric stove, and coffee maker, ensures a relaxing stay.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a large double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The garden with a patio invites you to linger.
Additionally, an electric vehicle charging station (for a fee), a parking space, and storage facilities for bikes and sports equipment are available. Ideal for a relaxing or active vacation in the Allgäu!
On-site fees: A prepayment of €100 is charged upon booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or via advance bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Check-out is by 9:00 AM. Late check-out is available until 12:00 PM for an additional fee (€12 per hour or part thereof). Other arrival times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary.Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €1.20 per person per night will be charged on-site. Youth aged 6 to 15 pay €0.60, and children 5 and under are exempt from the visitor’s tax.Additional fees: Electric vehicle charging station (based on usage). Included in the price: Electricity, water, hand towels, bath towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, a priceless view, and the expertise of local hosts.
