Out of love for our homeland and the unique natural surroundings, we believe that being good hosts means using our region’s resources responsibly. As a Viabono-certified business, we want to do our part to ensure that the beauty of nature and the unique mountain landscape are preserved.
Our guesthouse is located in a sunny, quiet spot, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center and the pedestrian zone, and serves as an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours.

We’re also happy to provide personalized information about hikes, bike tours, and points of interest around Mittenwald. Drinks: Our guests are welcome to help themselves to our well-stocked refrigerator at any time (water, beer, soda, and juices). Enjoy the summer in our beautifully landscaped garden with outdoor seating and lounge chairs. Newspapers: New issues arrive every week in our magazine corner: *Gala*, *Landlust*, *In Style*, *Brigitte*, *Freundin*, *Schöner Wohnen*, *Bike*, *Mountainbike*, and many more. Forgot your bathrobes? No problem... Each room features a Swiss stone pine pillow filled with Swiss stone pine blossoms, creating a rejuvenating and cozy atmosphere and ensuring an even better night’s sleep. Free sled rental: We’re happy to lend our sleds free of charge to our active guests during the winter. Grander Water: Our water is energized using the “Original Grander Technology” method. If you’d like to learn more, visit: www.grander.com Parking and garages: There are plenty of parking spaces available at the property, and our guests are welcome to rent a garage (€10 per day). Bicycle and Ski Storage: We have a lockable storage room for your own bicycles or skis. Wi-Fi: Internet access is available in every apartment. Linens: Bed linens, table linens, towels, and dish towels are included in the price. Use of washing machines and dryers (for a fee). Baby equipment such as a travel crib, high chair, and changing pad can be booked as add-ons. Included: Final cleaning, bed linens and towels, heat, electricity, and water. Not included: Tourist tax, phone calls, and beverages. A deposit of 20% is due upon reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid on site in cash or by debit or credit card. Check-in from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. The tourist tax of €2.60 per night (adults) or €1.60 per night (youth) will be charged separately on-site. Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed upon request. There is an additional charge of 10 euros per day
