About this house rental
Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With view of El Yunque National Forest, welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps 6. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze.
You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and have hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, Netflix, Hulu, TV, and WIFI all included.
Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer Free Parking and Golf Cart (not a mode of transportation and at time it goes under maintenance) available to use and take to the beach.
Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House.
There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day.

Beautiful place. Very well kept, organized and a plus for the electric generator. One evening we came back and we heard a noise in the yard. It was the generator on! Neighbor lost power, we don’t know why, and the generator got on, so we were able to walk in a cool house after a long day out. The next morning everything was quite. We got the power back and the generator got off by itself

Charming home with all the amenities that you could possibly need. Very clean, organized and beautifully decorated. It was very warm during our stay so the extra fans in the bedrooms were very appreciated. Very comfy and cozy. The gold cart was was such a bonus and there is a lovely area downstairs for gathering, grilling and relaxing. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that the bathrooms didn’t draw enough power to work my blow dryer but that was easily solved by going into another room. Great stay, safe and gated neighborhood.

Great Place! Very clean with extremely responsive host. The villa provides everything you may need for your vacation stay. We loved having coffee on the balcony and in the lush tropical backyard. It is very close to El Yunque and a short trip to Luquillo Beach with all its Kiosks.

The patio area was very nice and shaded. The house was extremely hot when we arrived — A/C took a while to make manageable, but then it was fine. The house was a little unkempt and outdated - and the golf cart had a flat tire so we were unable to use it for the stay. The welcome book was outdated as well. For example, Still referencing COVID closures and some restaurants that were no longer current/open and the neighborhood pool being closed - but it was open/accessible. Location-wise - most local attractions were about 45 minutes away. The neighborhood/neighbors were loud - there were engines revving and yelling most days - which made it seem a little unwelcoming. For what was pictured and the reviews, we expected something a little different. But the property met the value.
