About this apartment rental
Now with Wi-Fi, our 2 BR-2 BA, ground floor, fully furnished unit is located in a gated community and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and 4 single beds (2 bunk beds) in the second bedroom. There are two full bathrooms for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes washer and dryer. The living/dining room has an air conditioning unit as well as both bedrooms. Additional accessories include: gas grill, two 32" TVs with Roku included, three beach chairs, bath and beach towels, one beach cooler, linens, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach/pool toys and card games. It is located just a few steps from the pool and 200 meters walk on the grass of one of our pristine beaches, tennis courts and playground. It offers a free parking lot and is within a 5 min. drive to El Yunque rainforest, 30 min. to Fajardo Bio-Bay, 5 min. to Luquillo Kiosks, close to 5 golf courses and ferries to the islands of Vieques and Culebra. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and excellent shopping are also nearby. The airport is between 30-40 min. driving distance.

Ahora con Wi-Fi, nuestra unidad de 2 BR-2 BA, planta baja, totalmente equipado está ubicado en una comunidad cerrada y tiene capacidad para alojar cómodamente a 6 personas. Hay una cama king size en el dormitorio principal y 4 camas de una plaza (2 literas) en el segundo dormitorio. Hay dos baños completos para su conveniencia. La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene refrigerador con el congelador que hace hielo en la parte baja, la estufa con tope de cerámica y horno, etc. En el area de la cocina se incluye la unidad de lavadora y secadora. La sala de estar y comedor tiene una unidad de aire acondicionado, así como las dos habitaciones. Los accesorios adicionales incluyen: barbacoa de gas, dos televisores de 32" con Roku incluido, tres sillas de playa, toallas de baño y playa, una neverita de playa, ropa de cama, secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar, juguetes de playa y juegos de barajas. Supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes y excelentes tiendas también están cerca. El aeropuerto está entre 30-40 min. de distancia de conducir.

We really enjoyed the location of the condo. Very close to the pool and the beach. The neighborhood wasn't too busy or noisy. Coffee on the patio, watching the sun rise, and then a walk on the beach was my morning routine. The hosts were great with communication and everything was as advertised. If you are hungry and want a good meal at low cost with an amazing view, I recommend Erick Pinchos located at the top of the hill.

We were so impressed by this place. We expected that we wouldn't spend much time here and would be traveling around, but the place was so relaxing that we didn't want to leave.The pool is right outside! Amazing if you have kids — no hassle, no need to walk far or carry a bunch of belongings. The water in the pool was clean. On weekdays, we had it all to ourselves — a whole lotta pool just for us!The beach is right there too — morning, day, and night, just a couple of minutes' walk and the amazing blue water is right in front of you. Although Easter weekend was a little busier, the beach still didn’t feel crowded at all. On weekdays, it felt like we had our own private beach. It was windy during our stay, so a couple of days the waves were a bit strong, but still way calmer than at other beaches we visited in PR.The place itself had everything we needed and was actually bigger than we expected! Comfortable, nice, and stocked with extra stuff for the beach!The hosts went above and beyond with communication, providing recommendations, and making sure we had a comfortable stay! They even included photos and videos showing how to access the place, along with a pin on the map, so everything was clear and straightforward!Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again when we come back!
