The location is great, steps away from the beach, very clean and security access 24/7. Facility amenities are good.

The property was clean, well furnished and in a good location in Rio Grande. There was a good supply of beach chairs, etc. the complex facilities are in good shape although could be a little better. However, we did report that the bedroom windows do not close properly leaving a gap of about an inch, so outside air flows in and the room was not cooling properly and felt humid. The handles to open and close the windows were broken, so could not be completely shut. Also, the cooktop appliance LED screen is malfunctioning, so we couldn’t see the inside oven temperature. The door to the balcony is also difficult to close and needs some adjustment.

Wonderful 2 bedroom with bunk bed for the kids. Clean and safe condo on the beach and a great pool onsite. Minutes from El Yunque. Great communication with host, including many recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby.

Overall experience the condo served its purpose. While the condition of the condo was not what I thought we would be getting based on images provided and the title stating “recently renovated”. Condo is in a desperate need of deep clean and A LOT of maintenance issues that need fixed. Communicated concerns to host, host promptly responded and some concerns were fixed within 36 hours. Was offered full refund if able to find another rental. We did not have such luck and host offered 300 refund for the inconvenience. Was also given 300 credit by VRBO as well based on discrepancy with listing versus in person condition.
