About this apartment rental
This 3 bedroom apartment has an amazing view of the Ocean. It’s in a quiet urbanization with 24 hour security with a 5 minute drive to the beach and walking distance (2mins) to 2 local style restaurants-Richies and Terrazzo Montemar. The apartment is equipped with all new stainless steel kitchen units and beautiful tiles and fittings. All guests have enjoyed this apartments close proximity to the Wyndham Rio Mar's beach and amenities such as golf course, tennis, spa and casino and of course all the hotel bars and restaurants. The surrounding area is packed with things to do for everyone or just chill out on the beach.
Things to do in the area include:
5 minutes or less (drive): Wyndham Rio Mar beach resort property for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling on the reef, kayaking on the ocean or up the river and of course all the hotel restaurants and bars. Also golf and tennis. Shopping
10 minutes or less: Luquillo beach and the 50 kioskas (bars), El Yunque Rainforest for hiking, swimming in the rivers, ATV rain forest tours, Horseback riding, Mountain biking, Go Kart Race track.
15 minutes or less: Belz Factory outlet for shopping, Fajardo marinas for the catamaran snorkeling trips to Vieques and Culebra, Deep sea fishing from these marinas also. Bioluminescent Kayaking tour (a must while here...truly amazing!).
30 minutes -San Juan for old San Juan Historic city tours and Bacardi factory.

The condo was awesome, towels and linens were clean. Ocean and Mountain View’s were breathing taking. All amenities listed were there except the coffee maker! Just note you need to have a car because Uber and taxi’s will not come pick you up! Lol
