Beautiful 4-bedroom house with a large pool and spectacular views overlooking the ocean, the Rio Mar resort, Luquillo, and the El Yunque rainforest. Nestled between two of the island's best beach resorts and around the corner from the famous Richie's Restaurant, this house is near everything. Minutes from the rainforest, the best beaches, championship golf resorts, dozens of restaurants, and other of the best PR attractions. It is just 35 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from Old San Juan.
Newly renovated with a large new pool and a massive terrace with 22-mile views to the east. On a clear day, you can see all the way to Culebra. Additional beautiful ocean views await you on the back patio and the front porch. If you ever tire of the views, there is an 84" TV in the living room and an additional sitting room with another large TV and games for the kids.
The house can sleep up to 10 adults or 12 total with four kids in the two full-size bunk beds. There is a cook's kitchen and the house is fully equipped for children with a travel crib, high chair, car seat, and baby gates.
This house has everything, including a fully equipped office space, laundry, and a large standby generator.

If the property is forecast to be in the path of a named tropical storm or hurricane the guest may cancel their reservation and have their deposits refunded less any booking fees or taxes charged by Vrbo if they are not refundable by Vrbo. If a storm develops during the guest's visit and the guest cuts the stay short, the unused portion of the stay will be refunded, provided: 1. Absolutely amazing stay in PR! This is the ideal spot for all interests. If you want adventure, there is plenty nearby. If you want relaxation with the best view, this porch is it! We spent many hours enjoying the clear view of the ocean and the rain forest. If you want a beautiful beach with delicious authentic food, it’s 10 minutes away. There are many awesome restaurants within a 5-10 min drive. This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. The pool was clean and large and provided us with the perfect way to cool off at the end of the day. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking essentials, including spices. We even had a blender to make authentic pina coladas! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this rental. From the owner/property manager and their communication and care to the comfy beds and luxury amenities. You will not regret renting this property. If/when we return to PR I would love to stay again! Thank you for one of the best vacations we have ever had!!

Our family enjoyed our 6 day stay here. The house, pool, view was beautiful! Our host Manny was great. Would definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful views! Plenty of sleeping space. Manny is terrific and the pool was perfect. There is a restaurant next door and a resort gate at the back so sometimes the noise late at night and early in the morning (resort property maintenance) was noticeable.
