Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Located in a residential gated community inside the Rio Mar Beach Resort, Golf & Spa (at street level, free-step to entrance) this property features central AC in the living, dining and kitchen, and AC units on each bedroom, Wifi, Basic Cable TV, TVs , beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, gas grill and beach cooler. Enjoy the stunning ocean views in the spacious balcony. Old San Juan is 45 and Airport 35 minutes away.

The most outstanding feature of the spacious apartment is the magnificent view. Truly enjoyed our mornings having breakfast on the veranda. Some of the furnishing in the apartment have a bit of wear that need to be upgraded. Kitchen needs some TLC, these concerns were out of Josselyn control but she was very attentive. Our hearts desire was to explore this beautiful island, eat delicious foods and make wonderful memories with our children and grandchildren. Our one month stay felt to short!
