Located in a residential gated community inside the Rio Mar Beach Resort, Golf & Spa (at street level, free-step to entrance) this property features central AC in the living, dining and kitchen, and AC units on each bedroom, Wifi, Basic Cable TV, TVs , beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, gas grill and beach cooler. I had a fantastic stay with my family! The place was spotless and very well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. We also felt very safe during my stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

The condo was an amazing home base for our PR vacation. The whole house generator worked so well we didn’t know the power was out. The shower water pressure was great and the beds were comfy. The AC worked great. Josselyn was a wonderful host! She arranged for cribs and high chair for the little ones, answered all our questions and made great recommendations for the area. It’s a quick drive to the beach and the rain forest. The pool and playground are so close which is great for families. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
