Breathtaking Seashore Paradise At Rio Grande

The condo had an excellent view of the beach / ocean from the balcony. I spent a lot of time there, both during the day and evening. Loved hearing the waves. My teenagers loved the pool, which is a few feet from the ocean. The beach is beautiful and a lovely place for walks or a short visit, but not really a beach to lounge all day. Very windy, so your umbrella will not survive. And the water is too rough for small kids or casual swimming. But we drove to Luquillo Beach several times for the all-day lounging experience. The condo was very spacious with 2 bdrms, 2.5 baths. Jorge was exceptionally kind and met us upon arrival to show us around and make sure we had what we needed. He invited us to use his beach equipment, etc. We had covered parking, and the lot was gated with a security guard at the entrance. The only negative was the construction next door. Very loud, earth-shaking pounding, which prohibited much sleeping in past 8 am. Of course, this was no fault of the host. A little disappointed there was no dishwasher. But after a couple days we used paper plates & bowls. I think the lack of dishwasher may have been a demotivator for the previous guests, as several dishes in the cabinets were not clean. But there were plenty of dishes, pots & pans, measuring cups, silverware, etc provided. We did not lack for anything.Overall, a very nice place to relax, enjoy the view and the ocean.

This was the most amazing experience from check in to check out. Jorge was so attentive, courteous, kind and thorough. They did not give themselves enough credit for all they provide- it truly was a home away from home. They even had coolers, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards (and more!)- enough towels and the most comfortable beds! The whole experience was so peaceful and beautiful, it could be the time of year, but it was like our own private beach! We had a true ocean view from both levels- it was so lovely to be able to step out and hear the waves crashing. It truly was also only a few steps to the beach. The accommodation also felt incredibly safe. I highly recommend this home and Jorge to top off the most memorable Puerto Rico experience!

What a beautiful place! Away from the hustle and bustle. Peaceful home with a private beach and pool that is open 24 hours. This home is comfortable, beautifully decorated with beach art, and has everything you need and more. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfy and prepared for a wonderful time in Puerto Rico! Can’t wait to stay here again!
