This was our second stay at this condo under the current owners and they are outstanding! The unit, as always, was clean and well-stocked when we arrived. It's location simply cannot be beat - a block from all the shops and restaurants on 5th Ave. and six blocks from the beach. You really cannot go wrong with this property!

Great location and well appointed! The unit is clean and comfortable and the short stroll to 5th Ave is wonderful. Close to CVS and the market as well. Owners are awesome to work with.

There aren’t too many places in Naples, FL, with a better location than this property. You’re a half-block walk to Fifth Ave. dining and shopping; a five block walk to the beach (avoiding the beach parking issues), and a 20 minute walk from Third Street South and its dining and shopping options.
The unit itself is a gem! Clean, convenient, nice decorative touches and amenities - its perfect for two people, with an air mattress available for guests.
We’ve rented this property from both the previous owners and the current ones. The current owners have made some nice upgrades and tweaks - there are plenty of USB ports for phones and accessories and a nice computer desk for those who may needs to do a little work from away. The kitchen is stocked with just what’s needed for cooking if you need a night in from the local night life.
The owners are responsive to questions and concerns. We had a minor issue that they took care of quickly and with kindness. We will definitely rent this unit again!
