Location.That's the key for this very nice one bedroom condo in the heart of Olde Naples.Walk to the beautiful beaches and sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico and stroll thru nearby 3rd street and Fifth Avenue with its wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. City dock restaurants, Tin City, boating and fishing are just a few minutes away too. You'll be very close to Cambier Park with its lighted har-thru tennis courts as well as other sporting amenities. Naples golf courses, Philharmonic Center for the Arts, movie theaters and night life all at your fingertips. Condo has , wood floors, plantation blinds and is nicely furnished. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster etc. The bathroom has a tub and shower. Condo has WiFi . Private parking spot.The condo is part of "Village Green" with its unique - (heated)community pool , Club House facilities (library, WiFi , computers), party room , grill, etc.
A rental application needs to be submitted to Management company- and approved by Board.
No pets allowed , except for a service dog .

Very congenial host. Responds quickly. The property was a lucky find and a great walkable location. Wonderful communal pool area.Condo needs a little updating. Otherwise an overll nice experience.

This is just what we needed while displaced from our home due to Hurricane Irma. It's a very quiet neighborhood with nice & friendly neighbors. We walked to the beach almost every night as it's only a few blocks away. The condo is small but plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
