Welcome to Naples in this beautiful BeauMer Condo conveniently located 1/4 mile from Tin City, 1/2 mile from the fabulous 5th Ave shops and restaurants and 1 1/2 miles from the beach. This condo offers beautiful views of the Gordon River and Marina. The bedroom has a luxury pillowtop plush king size bed with walk in closet and an extra sink with direct access to the full updated bath. Both vanities have granite tops and there is a tile shower. Relax and take in the views in the lanai with updated hurricane windows. The condo building also offers an elevator and coin-operated laundry. BeauMer features a large heated pool and hot tub as well as a patio area with gas BBQ grill. Your rental includes all utilities, Xfinity Fast Internet with speeds up to 200 Mbps and Xfinity TV in living room and bedroom, and 1 dedicated parking stall for a passenger vehicle (no large trucks, work vehicles or motorcycles).
Coin operated laundry is available on the same floor in the building.

Adjacent to to the Naples central business district with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also within walking distance of the Gordon Greenway Park trails. Condo has a sunroom overlooking the docks where boats are moored. Bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Amenities include a nice pool area with a covered deck area and assigned parking.

This condo is conveniently located at the marina just a short walk away from beautiful parks with walking/biking paths, 5th Avenue South where there are numerous shops and restaurants with sidewalk seating, and the beach. The condo has a spacious bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a sunroom that overlooks boat docks. Access to the outdoor pool is only a few steps away. The pool area has an abundance of lounge chairs and an area that is shaded. A community laundry room is on the same floor as and just a few steps away from the condo. We really enjoyed our stay there.
