The floor plan is good for families with easy bathroom access to all bedrooms. There is an ocean view from master and main living area. The porches provide each bedroom with outdoor living areas. It is a short walk to beach access. The location is convenient to the grocery store.

Initially, problem with lockbox and gaining entry, owner quickly responded and got us inside prior to others' arrival. Overall rental sufficient for the 3 day stay, however, downstairs bedroom has a futon and definitely inadequate for adults (futon is uncomfortable for adults).
