This fantastic family home packs the perfect group getaway with its giant sparkling blue heated pool (option to upgrade to have the pool heated) will not disappoint, plus a stocked eat-in kitchen and plenty of driveway parking! Just 500 short steps and your toes are in the sand! Equally close are all of the restaurants, bars and grocery shopping on Vilano Rd, the main street of this area!
Situated in Vilano Beach just a few minutes walk to the beach and inter-coastal waterway, this neighborhood is safe and highly sought-after as a vacation destination. Conveniently located a 2 minute drive from the Publix grocery store and multiple restaurants.

THE LAYOUT: This home has a solid 3/2 layout.

*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

You will have access to the entire home. Please make yourself at home!
Option to have pool heated for $60/day or $350/wk. When outside temperatures fall below 60°F, the heater will continue to operate; however, the surrounding air may prevent the pool from reaching the desired temperature.
The Neighborhood:
One of the prime areas of Vilano Beach, you will find the area is bordered to the East by the Atlantic Ocean and to the West by the Tolomato River (or what we St. Augustinians call "The Intercoastal"). Located just a two minute drive from the home is a Publix grocery store with everything you could need! In that shopping center you can rent or buy equipment for any water sports activity. Just a four minute drive over the Vilano Bridge is Camanchee Cove, where you can rent a boat for the day or charter deep sea fishing tours, or enjoy dinner at the famous Kingfish Grill.
Getting Around:
We suggest renting a car for your stay.

These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Guests must be 21 or older to book.
Please Note: Pool is offered at $60 a day or $350 a week. When outside temperatures fall below 60°F, the heater will continue to operate; however, the surrounding air may prevent the pool from reaching the desired temperature.

Property was in great condition! Very clean, good location in a quiet neighborhood, and a short drive or walk to the beach! The pool was great! We would definitely come back again!

The house looked just like the pictures as we pulled into the driveway. The location is excellent, just a 5 min walk from the beach, and communication from the property manager was top notch. There are beach chairs and pool/beach toys under the stairs leading out to the pool. The pool is beautiful, but I caution future renters about paying for pool heat. The pool heat only runs from 8am to 8pm, and it wasn’t able to keep up with the outdoor temps when we were there so I feel like we wasted $200. Inside, the decor is cute, but some of the wall art appeared to be missing since there were just empty hooks on the wall. The bathrooms, especially the master, left much to be desired. The fixtures were deteriorated and calcified (likely due to Florida’s hard water). While the property served its purpose for our family vacation, we’ve stayed in much nicer Florida properties with similar amenities for less money.
