Forget about cushions and fix the fundamentals of the property.

The inside was tidy and presentable. Comfortable beds.

The whole property was damp, serous water ingress on ceiling in living room and back bedroom. The damage was covered with a sheet in one room. Close door was hanging off its hinges. Has serious concerns about the structural integrity of the whole space.

Disappointing accommodation.

The heating worked well, the apartment was warm.

The entrance hall had strong diffuser odour, the kitchen smelt like the last visitors did some serious frying, so we agreed the house smelled, it was off-putting! Seemed to need a good airing. Being right on a main road, the traffic was very very noisy. The TV instructions were on a grease stained, crumply bit of paper - ick! The hallway main door was pulled off its hinges sometime over our stay, making it difficult to get our luggage out. Also being on the main road, there is no parking. Our request for a solution was kindly met, round the corner behind the pub! Thank you.

Funky and Cosy apartment

Central location, warm little apartment which was great in cold snowy December. Clean place, and good kitchen. Parking near by and lots of local shops, and take aways within walking. Very Nice restaurant called Littles near by (fresh & friendly) and Taste of China take away.

The noise from people walking home from the pub in the early hours- loud Singing ect. You could hear this through the windows and walls from both rooms. We didn’t mind this too much but would prefer more sound insulation for a better sleep.

Good

Good space indoors - good sized hallway and rooms. Warm and comfortable accommodation. Large, supportive beds. Close to shops. Good communication from hosts.

Single glazing offered no sound proofing - so being close to a pub, being right next to a major street, and being on the ground floor with what seemed to be a broken roof gutter on a rainy night.... all meant that one bedroom is not geared up for a peaceful night's sleep. Parking can be easy (on the street outside) or difficult (10 minutes to find a space in any of the neighbouring streets!). In truth, I'd still use it as a base again as the pluses comfortably outweigh the minuses. (Although, as part of continuous improvement, it would be good to see a shower screen replace the shower curtain).

I would not like to stay in this accommodation ever again. The bars on the windows, the loud traffic noise and the hygie

Comfortable bed.

1 The odour in the apartment. 2 The shower curtain was disgusting. All hard and mildew spots from pink body fat deposits. I asked for it to be changed but it was not changed during our two day stay. 3 Bars on the back windows not very nice. 4 Noise at night from the pub a couple of doors down from the apartment. People smoking and talking outside the window. Loud traffic noise. Double glazing would help.

Excellent cost flat

Brilliant 2 bedroom flat, cosy with all your essentials. Great location only mins away from shops, bars and restaurants. Takeaways also. Very comfortable beds, decorated very tasteful with quirky items. Everything we needed for a relaxing break away. Would highly recommend. Owners Micheal was excellent couldn’t have been more helpful. Even had phone chargers at the side of the bed.

I had no complaints but my friend would have loved a mirror in her bedroom for getting ready. We didn’t have anything else we didn’t like.

Beautiful modern apartment.

Super modern apartment and was spotless. Lots of quirky decor. Beds were very comfy and TV with firestick provided lots of films etc. Close to centre of Blairegowrie. A lovely break that we cld include our dog in. Lots of nice out eating places to enjoy.

On street parking however this wasn't a problem as plenty of spaces next to apartment.
