About this house rental
This delightful cottage is nestled in a peaceful setting and surrounded by country fields and is 2 miles from the popular market town of Blairgowrie. This is a great location for exploring these beautiful parts of Perthshire and keen walkers will enjoy the nearby Cateran Trail (2 miles) and there are numerous cycle routes. For golfers, there are plenty of courses, including a championship course in Blairgowrie, as well as Alyth and Strathmore (within 4 miles). For fishing enthusiasts, you have the nearby River Ericht. Perth (20 miles) is a vibrant city, which is not only great for shopping but also has an array of museums, theatres, art galleries and heritage sites to explore. The winter ski slopes at Glenshee are within easy reach 17.3 miles.
Stepping inside this comfortable cottage, drop off coats and boots in the hall and head through to the tastefully decorated lounge where you can relax in front of the cosy wood burner and watch a movie on the Smart TV after a day of exploring. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped to cook up a storm. Set the table and enjoy a family meal whilst planning your next adventures. Off the main hallway, you will find three light and bright bedrooms, two king size and one twin. Completing the property is the family bathroom.
Outside, the enclosed garden, which is mainly laid to lawn, is the perfect area for children to play and relax whilst you admire the splendid countryside scenery. There is a seating area and charcoal BBQ.
