Bed was comfy, walk in shower, location ok
Towels did not smell fresh - even though place seemed clean.
Did not realize this was not a hotel. Had to pick up keys around the corner and had to pay for keeping our luggage. Both did work without problems.

The location is right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made exploring incredibly easy.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a modern touch that made it feel welcoming. The jacuzzi was definitely a highlight and added a relaxing, almost luxury feel to the stay. There were also some massage tools— perfect after a long day walking around Naples.
A downside for me was some noise that seemed to come from tanks or equipment outside the room. It was very noticeable at times and quite affected the overall comfort and my sleep.
