Breakfast was not a service provided and we were informed about this following an enquiry after booking. We were also informed that a discount of 20% was arranged with a local cafe which we can use, however when we tried to use this, we found the cafe was closed during our visit. This sort of information should be updated so that guests are well informed. There were other eateries around the area which is quite central, but no discounts. The location is absolutely fantastic and you can actually walk to a lot of places and the vibe was very good. We found the neighbourhood safe. There is also a taxi rank in front of the building should you need to use it, but when we did, we found that we were overcharged for a journey that took only ten minutes to get to. We were charge 20€ when the actual fare on the meter registered 9.70€ so be mindful of this. Luigi, I believe is the manager, offered to help us book a taxi to the airport when we were returning which only cost us 24€ compared to the 20€ paid for an earlier trip to Garibaldi station to meet a tour group for a planned trip from the accommodation. We were also given the opportunity to store our luggages with the staff free of charge following the 10:30 check out time which was helpful and convenient.

I believe an information pack should be provided to clients on arrival as part of the items in the room. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and their office closes at 7pm which meant there would be no one to meet us. The manager did send a message which we picked up on arrival and provided guidance in accessing the room and other facilities which was helpful and did say we could call him if needed. Being our first night, it was difficult to navigate where to eat, though we ended up using our phones to find eateries and proximity to where we were which was good, however, such information could have been provided in the room to assist would be my view. We had to leave the accommodation early the next day (7:30am) due to a planned trip, so we were not aware of a set time that we had to be out of the room to have it serviced. As the trip was all day, we came back very late and stayed in bed quite late the next day till past 2pm. We were interrupted by constant door knocking that we needed to have been out of the room by 10:30am to have it serviced or they could just drop us clean towels as there wouldn't be anyone to clean our room. I found this very irritating and told them, that information should have been provided to us and we cannot just leave the room as we still needed to get ourselves ready and they would have to wait. Due to language issues, they got someone on the phone whom we spoke to and reiterated the same statement that we should have been informed rather than trying to get us out of the room in haste and this really irritated me. The person then told them to give us the time to get ready. The next day, aware of the timings, we left the room early but came back at 2:30pm and they were just getting started on our room to clean which contradicted the timings they had previously mentioned.

Very centrally located - everything accessible by foot. Very nice and reactive staff. Air co worked well and room service available on demand. Very useful guide (for restaurants, pizzerias, bars, etc) provided.

Room didn’t correspond to the pictures: it was still ok but way less luxurious than on the pictures. The big yellow building you see on the pictures is the renaissance hotel opposite the building where the rooms are. We were a couple who stayed for 3 nights and only had 4 small individual shower gels/shampoo packets (not enough for a shower per person a day). No glasses or spoons available to take a medicine if you need to. We didn’t raise these issues with the staff who could have maybe solved them but these are easy to fix things for the future. There was a sign you needed to pay for the elevator but in the end, it was not necessary.

Siliahouse provided all of the expectations written in the booking details. The location is amazing, they don't refer to it as an hotel but the quality was the same. Siliahouse owns 2 flats in a building which is known to be in the safe area of Napoli. The building has its own 24/7 security and it's in a walking distance to many beautiful and famous places especially to the port of Napoli. The manager Luigi texted after the reservation is approved and gave the details. Other than that he answered all of our questions and solved our problem about a transfer to the airport. Also, Mary was really friendly and she stayed until all of our questions are answered during our check-in. We arrived earlier than the expected check in time, we needed to rest as soon as possible and they did us a favor and upgraded our room due to our extreme tiredness of traveling all night without any sleep. They offer a free room cleaning everyday and they put 2 small bottles of water to the fridge daily. If I ever come back to Napoli, I would love to book a reservation again. Grazie mille!
