Very friendly staff and comfortable bed. The room was a good size with a balcony but would’ve loved a kettle. Perfect location next to port to catch a ferry the next day.

This hotel has all the basics -- nothing fancy, but if you're on a budget this is a good choice. I felt safe staying here; the neighborhood isn't bad, and the security is good with 3 different door codes to get to your room. The location is good, walking distance to many attractions and very close to a subway station.

We found bed bugs on our first night of stay. We informed the receptionist that the room has bed bugs and asked to change our room. While had gone out of the hotel for our daily excursion, on our return, the receptionist informed us that the manager and two cleaning ladies had inspected our room and found no bed bugs. He then asked us to submit pictures of bed bugs as proof and generally was argumentative in nature. We had taken no pictures. Obviously, the first thought was to get rid of them and not to start taking pictures. The management of the hotel refused to believe us and did not honour to our request of changing the room. Due to this incident, our stay in Naples soured. One would expect a hotel's management to look into a bed bug problem with seriousness. We spent two sleepless nights at this hotel.
